Account Manager

• Degree in Marketing, Management, Communication, or similar;

• At least 5 years of experience in project management, ideally in an agency environment;

• Excellent ability to organize and manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously;

• Fluency in English, with strong communication and argumentation skills;

• Orientation towards clients, results, and meeting deadlines;

• Sense of responsibility, autonomy, and critical thinking;

• Ability to maintain a positive attitude and find solutions even in high-pressure contexts;

• Ease in creating and developing strong and lasting relationships with clients;

• Team spirit, proactivity, and the drive to make things happen.

We are looking for an Account Manager to join our team and act as the link between clients, the agency, and teams, ensuring that every project moves from idea to execution with strategy, organization, and impact.

• Be the main point of contact between clients and the agency, building close and trusting relationships;

• Manage meetings and daily contact with different clients and partners;

• Transform needs into clear briefings and ensure effective debriefs;

• Plan, monitor, and manage projects of different dimensions and business areas;

• Coordinate the various teams involved, ensuring alignment, timings, and quality in execution;

• Monitor retainers, fees, and project budgets;

• Ensure the monitoring of project invoicing;

• Manage priorities, anticipate needs, and ensure the meeting of deadlines;

• Perform individual time tracking, which is mandatory and inherent to the role;

• Use the Skills tool, in accordance with the agency's internal processes.
