We are looking for a Mid Digital Designer to join the marketing team, focusing on the creation and optimization of digital experiences oriented towards performance and conversion. The candidate will work in close collaboration with marketing, product, and technical teams, contributing to the continuous evolution of digital communications, campaigns, and customer journeys.

The ideal profile combines autonomous execution of tasks with strategic thinking, brand sensitivity, and a data-driven orientation, ensuring visual consistency, operational efficiency, and business impact.

Responsibilities

• Ability to translate business requirements into clear design solutions
• Autonomously execute digital design tasks (campaigns, landing pages, emails, assets for app and web, social, and digital media)
• Ensure consistency with brand guidelines and design systems
• Contribute to design decisions based on data, benchmarks, and performance
• Develop and evolve creative concepts aligned with marketing objectives
• Create user flows and journeys from requirements
• Produce interactive prototypes and variations for A/B testing
• Collaborate with marketing, CRM, media, and analytics teams for continuous optimization
• Participate in discussions regarding engagement, conversion, and customer experience improvement
• Prepare handoff for development and follow up on implementation
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and team efficiency
