Motion Designer

What we are looking for

• Professional experience in motion design, ideally in an agency, production company, or studio.
• Portfolio or showreel demonstrating execution quality, diversity of solutions, and creative thinking.
• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects and ease of working with Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Solid foundations in graphic design, typography, composition, and animation principles.
• Sensitivity to storytelling, editing, and the relationship between image and sound.
• Proficiency and experience in AI Video generation platforms.
• Ability to interpret a briefing, propose paths, and explain your choices.
• Autonomy, attention to detail, and organizational skills when facing different projects and deadlines.
• Collaborative spirit and openness to feedback throughout the creative process.

We also value

• 3D knowledge in Cinema 4D, Blender, or equivalent tools.
• Video editing experience in Premiere Pro and AI Video generation platforms.
• Knowledge of compositing and visual effects.
• Familiarity with expressions and template creation to facilitate content production and adaptation.
• Interest in exploring artificial intelligence tools applied to the creative process, with visual criteria and rigor.

At WYcreative, we are looking for a Motion Designer with a strong design eye, sense of rhythm, and the ability to transform ideas into visual narratives that empower brands.

Someone who thinks of movement as part of the creative idea and who is eager to participate in the entire process, from the first concept to the last detail of the animation.

• Design and produce motion design content for campaigns, brand identities, and digital platforms.
• Work with creativity, design, and production teams to develop visual solutions aligned with the concept and objectives of each project.
• Create storyboards, styleframes, and animatics that help define and present the visual direction.
• Animate typography, graphic elements, illustration, and identities, with attention to rhythm, composition, and transitions.
• Combine animation, live action, and sound in communication pieces, presentation films, and case studies.
• Explore movement languages that contribute to brand personality and recognition.
• Adapt content to different formats and channels, with visual consistency and technical quality.
• Organize projects and files clearly, meet deadlines, and prepare final deliveries according to the specifications of each medium.
