Requirements

What we're looking for

Higher Education, preferably in Accounting, Administration, Economics, or similar;
Professional experience between 3 and 4 years in roles within the finance and accounting area;
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, with a special focus on Excel;
Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA (preferred);

Nice to have

Knowledge of Spanish will be valued;
Capacity for organization, rigor, and attention to detail;
Good communication and relationship skills with different stakeholders;
Interest in international contexts and collaborative environments.

Ensure accounting activities related to the companies within the Worten universe;
Guarantee the continuity and correct transition of the accounting processes under your responsibility;
Establish the connection and regular follow-up with external audits, whenever applicable;
Coordinate with different stakeholders and support areas, ensuring the necessary alignment between teams;
Participate in the accounting closing processes and financial reporting of the companies under your responsibility;
Support the preparation of financial information and documentation necessary for audits and legal obligations;
Collaborate in the identification and implementation of process improvements that promote efficiency, operational quality, and the harmonization of practices.
