Requirements
What we're looking for
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in similar roles;
- A passion for customer service and a customer-oriented mindset;
- A sense of responsibility and efficient communication;
- Solid knowledge of the English language;
- Availability to work during operating hours, including weekends and holidays.
The role
What you'll do
- Ensure that we welcome our customers in a cordial, empathetic, and professional manner, making them feel welcome at all times throughout the day;
- Assist customers in the shop and register product sales;
- Advise the customer and identify their needs;
- Opening and closing the cash register;
- Receive, store, control, and replenish products in the shop.
