Replenishment and customer service in the deli area, among other tasks related to the management and sale of goods, inventory, cleaning of shelves, cleaning of the work area and utensils, arranging goods in the cold rooms, etc.; you may work across other areas of the supermarket.

Main duties and requirements.

Perform, under supervision, slicing tasks and the preparation of trays of cold cuts, cheeses, and sliced products following the defined techniques and formats, so that the product reaches the counter in the established quality and presentation conditions.

Handle simple customer requests at the counter and refer advisory inquiries to the Professional, to maintain the service level during peak times.

Check conservation in the display case and best-before dates and remove unsuitable products, communicating any incidents to their supervisor, to prevent their sale and limit department shrinkage.

Replenish the counter, display case, and shelving throughout the day, respecting the defined layout and FIFO rotation, to ensure assortment availability and an attractive display until closing.

Apply personal hygiene protocols, cleaning of utensils, machinery, and surfaces, and complete the corresponding records, to guarantee compliance with health regulations and the HACCP self-control system.

Perform the reception of cold cuts, cheeses, and sliced products by verifying quantities, temperatures, and dates, and locate the product in the cold room according to the storage conditions of each reference, to preserve the cold chain and contain shrinkage.
