What you'll do

- Conducts recruitment processes through the creation and posting of advertisements, active candidate sourcing, CV and telephone screening, competency assessment interviews, and employee selection

- Contributes to the enrichment and construction of the internal and external candidate pool

- Participate in corporate projects, with a focus on continuous improvement
