Senior Project Manager

• Bachelor's/Master's degree, preferably in Economics, Management, Engineering and Industrial Management, or similar areas;
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience, preferably in consulting and/or in a central strategy team within the Retail or Consumer Goods sectors;
• A passion and curiosity for Retail, with the ability to transform sector knowledge and trends into practical and innovative solutions;
• Experience in the coordination and execution of complex projects with demanding timings - ability to prioritize, organize, and focus on results;
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and stakeholder management, ranging from more operational contexts to executive presentations;
• Ability to work autonomously, transforming business challenges into clear action plans and mobilizing different teams for their realization;
• Strong analytical capacity and critical thinking, with ease in structuring complex problems and transforming data into insights and business recommendations;
• Proficiency in Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint;
• Solid knowledge of English.

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our team of Strategic Advisory, in Carnaxide, and we believe we will be #betterwithyou.

This person will be responsible for supporting the definition of business strategy and leading transformation projects that impact various areas of the organization, monitoring market trends, identifying improvement opportunities, and ensuring that strategic initiatives are successfully realized.

• Analyze trends and competitive dynamics of food retail (FMCG & Fresh), identify new business opportunities, and anticipate the entry of new players into the market;
• Lead strategic projects and initiatives across various business units, ensuring the fulfillment of defined objectives, deadlines, and results (PMO);
• Support the businesses in the strategic planning cycle and annual business review (FMCG, Fresh, Private Label), monitoring the execution of key priorities and performance evolution;
• Design and implement organizational models and ways of working for the Commercial, Quality, and R&D areas, preparing them for business evolution;
• Challenge and redesign processes and tools, promoting the simplification of the operating model and exploring new efficiency opportunities, including the application of AI use cases.
