Project Manager / Delivery Manager

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Project Management, Delivery Management, or similar roles.
• Proven experience using JIRA for project monitoring, backlog management, and reporting.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and respective working practices.
• Experience in coordinating multiple projects and managing stakeholders in complex technological environments.
• Ability in planning, organization, priority management, and monitoring of risks and dependencies.
• Excellent communication skills, autonomy, and proactivity.

• Experience in the banking or financial sector will be valued.
• Previous experience in application integration, middleware, or technological platform teams will be an asset.
• Knowledge of technological environments involving API Management, EAI, Event Streaming, and Messaging will be valued.
• Experience in multi-vendor and multi-technology contexts will be considered an advantage.

• Ensure weekly, monthly, and quarterly planning of initiatives, guaranteeing alignment with defined priorities and objectives.
• Coordinate the execution and monitoring of multiple technological projects simultaneously.
• Manage dependencies between technical teams, business areas, and vendors, promoting effective collaboration among different stakeholders.
• Ensure the quality, consistency, and up-to-date nature of project-related information in JIRA.
• Monitor backlogs, milestones, risks, blockers, and mitigation plans, anticipating potential deviations and ensuring the respective follow-up.
• Prepare and consolidate operational and executive reporting, guaranteeing visibility into the progress of initiatives and supporting decision-making.
• Ensure an integrated view of the project portfolio, contributing to priority management and the cross-functional coordination of initiatives.
• Facilitate alignment between technical teams, business areas, and vendors, ensuring clear and effective communication.
• Support the operational governance of the portfolio, promoting the fulfillment of assumed commitments and the continuous improvement of delivery processes.
