We are looking for a professional to lead the end-to-end coordination of customer digital connection projects, acting as the main point of contact between customers, sales teams, operations, Customer Success, and technical areas.

Your objective will be to guarantee efficient project execution, reduce implementation times, and ensure an excellent customer experience.

What you'll do

Manage digital projects from start to finish, from the commercial handover to commissioning.

Coordinate the different internal and external stakeholders involved in each project.

Plan and supervise work orders, milestones, risks, and deliverables.

Lead follow-up and kick-off meetings with customers and internal teams.

Manage communication with customers, including incidents and escalations.

Ensure a correct transfer of knowledge to customers and Customer Success teams.

Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, optimizing processes and tools.

Collaborate with the technical office and develop knowledge regarding digital architectures and solutions.

Requirements

What we're looking for

Degree in Industrial, Electrical, Energy, Mechanical Engineering, or similar.
At least 3 years of experience in industrial, technological, or digital transformation project management.
Experience in cross-functional coordination and customer management.
Knowledge of electrical installations, industrial communications, or monitoring solutions (valuable).
English level B2 or higher.
Organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, and customer orientation.

Nice to have

Experience in digital services, IoT, or monitoring platforms.
Knowledge of EcoStruxure Asset Advisor, EcoStruxure Transformer Expert (ETE), or similar solutions.
Previous experience in technical consulting or a technical office.
