Position: Junior Project Manager

We are looking for a Junior Project Manager to join a dynamic team and support the implementation of technological solutions for clients. This role combines project management, technical monitoring of integrations, and client relationship management, making it ideal for professionals with an interest in technology, analytical capacity, and a strong customer orientation.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain effective communication with clients and internal teams, ensuring proper expectation management and a high commitment to the quality of deliveries.
• Monitor technical implementations, acting as the main point of contact during the service integration process with clients.
• Analyze functional and technical documentation, ensuring a correct understanding of requirements and implemented solutions.
• Coordinate and monitor tests carried out by clients, analyzing results, identifying deviations, and supporting the resolution of technical problems.
• Demonstrate analytical capacity and critical thinking in the identification, diagnosis, and monitoring of incidents or errors, based on product documentation and test results.
• Ensure that projects are executed and delivered according to the defined requirements, ensuring alignment with the clients' business objectives.
• Manage risks, dependencies, and potential blockers, proposing mitigation actions and proactively communicating identified challenges to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure efficient implementation and a positive customer experience.

• Experience in projects with programming languages, such as Python, PHP, Java Script, .Net, as well as experience with WEB Services and REST API.
• Experience with e-commerce platforms, namely Shopify, PrestaShop, or WooCommerce, is valued.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and technical teams.
• Ability to manage expectations and resolve challenging situations constructively and in a solution-oriented manner.
• Experience with Agile and Traditional Methodologies: Knowledge of project management methodologies, such as Waterfall and Agile, or others, adapting to the specific needs of the client and the project.
• Planning and Organization Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with a strategic vision, and to prioritize needs efficiently.
