The role

We are looking for a Customer Service Designer, for our Customer Service team, in Matosinhos, and we believe we will be #betterwithyou

The mission of the Customer Service area is to continuously design, evolve, and transform the processes that support our Customers' experience.

What you'll do

Manage and develop improvement projects for the Customer Service Experience;
Map, analyze, and redesign processes, identifying opportunities for simplification, optimization, and innovation;
Transform ideas and opportunities into concrete initiatives, following their implementation and evolution;
Identify ways to make Customer Service more predictive and proactive, anticipating needs and enhancing better experiences;
Explore new use cases, digital tools, technological solutions, and opportunities associated with Artificial Intelligence;
Work in close collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, internal stakeholders, and IT areas to develop and implement solutions;
Follow projects from problem identification to the implementation of solutions, ensuring the fulfillment of defined objectives.

Higher education in Management, Engineering, Information Technology, or similar areas;
Availability for a temporary opportunity;
Analytical capacity and ease in structuring problems, interpreting information, and identifying improvement opportunities;
Interest in project management and motivation to follow transformation and continuous improvement initiatives;
Curiosity, critical thinking, and the desire to understand in depth how processes work on the ground;
Proactivity, initiative, and autonomy to seek solutions and make things happen;
Interest in technology, Artificial Intelligence, and new ways of working;
Ability to test new ideas and develop proofs of concept (PoC);
Ease in establishing working relationships with different interlocutors;
Capacity for organization, planning, and priority management in dynamic environments.
