Your impact on the business will be...

• Leading, motivating, and developing a credit recovery team, promoting a culture of high performance and commitment;
• Monitoring team results, defining priorities, and implementing actions that ensure the fulfillment of established objectives;
• Monitoring performance indicators, ensuring the continuous analysis and optimization of credit recovery processes;
• Ensuring regular coaching and feedback to the team, enhancing the development of their skills;
• Ensuring compliance with internal procedures, as well as legal and regulatory requirements applicable to the activity.
