Lawyer - Civil Litigation

• Base salary + monthly bonuses, according to performance;

• Initiate and monitor legal proceedings for debt recovery, including injunctions, enforcement proceedings, and insolvencies;
• Analyze legal documentation, draft procedural documents, and provide legal opinions within the scope of civil litigation;
• Define and implement legal strategies for debt recovery, ensuring the maximization of results.

• Hours:
  • Mon to Thu: 09h-18h;
  • Fri: 09h-14h.
• Location: Parque das Nações.
