Learning & Development Specialist

• Degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, or similar and relevant to the role;
• Minimum professional experience of 2 years in similar roles;
• Pedagogical Competence Certificate (preferred);
• Management experience on the Moodle platform (preferred);
• Knowledge of the Training Module of the Primavera ERP (preferred);
• Planning and organizational skills and customer orientation.

• 37-hour weekly schedule in a 100% on-site regime;

Integrated into the Human Resources team, your main responsibilities will be:

• Management of the training cycle, namely:
• identification and diagnosis of needs;
• preparation of the Training Plan;
• preparation and implementation of internal/external training;
• monitoring and administrative management, ensuring compliance with current procedures;
• Implementation/management of training on an e-learning platform;
• Monthly monitoring and analysis of training indicators;
• Participation in organizational development projects.
