Credit Recovery Specialist

• Contact debtors/clients, through the means provided by the company (contacts inbound and outbound), with a view to recovering the amounts owed;
• Negotiate debt regularization solutions, adapting the approach to the profile, history, and financial capacity of each debtor;
• Support the legal team in defining the best credit recovery strategies.

• 12th grade of schooling;
• Relevant professional experience for the role;

  • Mon to Thu: 09h-18h | 10h-19h;
  • Fri: 09h-14h | 10h-15h;
• Location: Vila Nova de Gaia.
