- Follows and monitors the warranty processes of the dealer network;

- Acts as a bridge between the Manufacturer and the Dealers regarding technical information and procedures necessary for the warranty process;

- Interacts with other company departments, namely the technical, parts, and area management departments, within the scope of warranty process management.
