Pharmaceutical Specialist Consultant (m/f/d) - Contact person for pharmacies and medical professionals

Contract: 12 months, with option to extend

In this role, you will support pharmacies and medical professionals in the German-speaking region - via telephone, email, or chat. This involves specific questions regarding dermatological products. Technical expertise and a confident manner make the difference in this role.

Your tasks

• Technical support for pharmacists, PTAs, and medical professionals
• Answering inquiries regarding dermatological products and their application
• Clarifying follow-up questions regarding ingredients, orders, or cases of application
• Documentation of contacts in internal systems
• Collaboration with experienced colleagues in a structured, high-quality working environment

Your profile

• Completed training as a PTA (Pharmacy Technician Assistant) or PKA (Pharmacy Commercial Assistant)
• At least 1 year of professional experience in a German pharmacy
• Very good German skills (C2), confident English (at least B2)
• Clear expression, structured way of working, and professional appearance
• Willingness to work regular shifts (between 08:00 and 20:00, no night shifts)
