Modality: Professional Internship

What is it like to be a Manager?

- Support the mapping and analysis of processes, identifying opportunities for improvement.

- Collaborate in the implementation of continuous improvement and process optimization initiatives.

- Participate in the definition and monitoring of performance and quality indicators.

- Prepare and update procedures, work instructions, and internal documentation.

- Identify causes of deviations and follow up on corrective and preventive actions.

- Collaborate in the standardization of processes and the sharing of best practices.

- Participate in projects for the centralization and optimization of shared services.

- Contribute to a culture of quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement.

- Training and continuous development;

What we value

- Higher education in Management, Engineering and Industrial Management, Quality, or a similar field.

- Interest in quality, continuous improvement, process management, and shared services.

- Analytical capacity, organization, and attention to detail.

- Good communication and ease of relationship with different teams.

- Proactivity, responsibility, and results orientation.

- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, namely Excel and PowerPoint.

- Knowledge of Power BI, process management tools, or Lean methodologies will be valued.
