The role

What you'll do

- Monitor industrial engineering activities and production line development and planning processes;

- Support the analysis of existing solutions, identifying opportunities for process improvement and optimization;

- Participate in the development, implementation, and stabilization of continuous improvement projects;

- Create and update technical and operational documentation associated with production lines;

- Collaborate in the planning and monitoring of project activities, monitoring deadlines, indicators, and results;

- Study and analyze process variables, evaluating their impact on operational performance;

- Perform the monitoring and evaluation of the behavior of implemented solutions, proposing corrective and improvement actions;

- Collect, analyze, and interpret process data to support decision-making;

- Share results, conclusions, and recommendations with multidisciplinary teams;

- Contribute new ideas and approaches that promote operational efficiency and the continuous improvement of the department.
