Credit Analyst (m/f/d)

- Minimum of 4/5 years of experience in similar roles, preferably in analysis and

credit decision-making in Consumer Credit Institutions or banking

- Bachelor's degree in Management, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Law, or related fields

- A dynamic, organized person with high analytical and decision-making capacity, autonomy to manage complex and ambiguous cases, capable of handling workload peaks and with a strong orientation toward solutions

- A critical view on risk and process and the ability to propose improvements

TFS is expanding its team and is looking for a Credit Analyst to join the Assessment team within the Operations Department. The main mission of this team is the processing and decision-making of credit operations, and we are looking for an experienced professional with solid analytical capacity and decision-making autonomy, capable of handling more complex operations and providing technical support to less experienced colleagues, contributing to the success of our business and our customers.

As a Credit Analyst, this person will have the opportunity to perform challenging and diverse activities, including:

- Validating and ensuring the accuracy of all documents associated with credit proposals, identifying risks and proposing mitigation measures

- Ensuring the reliability and accuracy of the information recorded in credit proposals

- Performing credit analysis and decision-making for operations of greater complexity and value

- Providing technical support and serving as a reference for less experienced colleagues in the team, contributing to their training

- Contributing to the continuous improvement of credit decision processes and criteria, in coordination with the Risk and Compliance areas
