Human Resources Technician | Fees

- Know and monitor the activity valuation rules;

- Perform the calculation of clinical fees;

- Prepare and send fee information to service providers;

- Validate invoices and receipts for submission to Accounting and monitor the respective current accounts;

- Verify the activity associated with the fee calculation;

- Respond to requests for clarification related to fees.

We are looking for a Human Resources Technician to join the Fees Management and Processing Team, within the Central Directorate of Human Resources Management and Operational Support. You will play an important role in monitoring processes related to the calculation and management of fees for our service providers.

- Higher education in Management, Human Resources, Economics, or a similar field - valued;

- Professional experience in analysis, processing, or administrative management roles - valued;

- Enjoy working with numbers and detailed information;

- Good analytical capacity and attention to detail;

- Sense of organization and ability to manage different priorities;

- Good communication and interpersonal skills;

- Sense of responsibility, autonomy, and rigor;

- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
