Requirements

What we're looking for

Vocational-Technical Training or a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant technical field;
Experience with 2D and 3D drawing and modeling software, such as MicroStation, AutoCAD, Inventor, or similar tools;
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality;
Ability to translate technical concepts into practical and precise designs;
A practical mindset and strong collaboration skills;
Work experience in engineering environments or technical projects;
A proactive attitude and willingness to learn;
Good communication skills in English;
Comfortable working in a growing and evolving organization.

The role

Our client is a leading international organization in the offshore engineering and maritime operations sector. They stand out for preparing and executing large-scale projects globally, particularly in the areas of offshore wind energy, subsea infrastructure, and decommissioning.

In the context of the opening of its new engineering hub in Porto, a Drafter is sought.

key responsibilities

What you'll do

Create 2D drawings and 3D models for engineering and construction projects;
Translate engineering concepts into clear and practical technical visualizations;
Support installation and structural engineers with high-quality technical drawings;
Develop detailed models for installation, temporary structures, and engineering solutions;
Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams to optimize designs and improve constructability;
Support the preparation of technical visualizations and animations;
Provide 3D models for engineering studies, simulations, and project execution activities;
Work with industry-standard drawing and modeling software, such as MicroStation, AutoCAD, Inventor, or similar tools;
Maintain the quality, consistency, and accuracy of drawings throughout all project phases.
