What we're looking for
- Degree in Electrical Engineering or similar.
- 4 years of experience in electrical project design and management.
- Valuable technical knowledge in HV/MV networks (≥60 kV), both overhead and underground, and in substations and switching centers.
- Experience with electrical network calculation software.
Nice to have
- Authorization to sign HV/MV projects is a plus.
- Training in occupational risk prevention is a plus.
Languages

The role
At Boslan, part of Accenture, we are specialized in Engineering and Consulting services, providing support in the comprehensive management and development of projects. We are a multidisciplinary team with a strong commitment to service and close collaboration, both within the project and with our clients.
We are looking for a Project Engineer to support the conception, design, permitting, planning, and management of interventions in High and Medium Voltage (HV/MV) networks. The successful candidate will develop projects for overhead and underground Medium and High Voltage power lines, ensuring proper conception, design, planning, and execution in compliance with regulations and quality standards.
Working under the supervision of the Technical Manager, the Project Engineer must be proficient in the design and calculation of medium and high voltage electrical networks, electrical regulations, calculation tools, and project management. The candidate will actively participate in all phases of the project, from basic and detailed engineering to site supervision, planning, and execution monitoring, working closely with the technical team, contractors, and the client.
What you'll do
- Preparation of projects (drawings, reports, electrical and mechanical calculations, and budgets).
- Technical review and preparation of documentation for licenses and permits.
- Planning and monitoring of works, controlling deadlines, costs, and quality.
- Technical coordination with contracting companies.
- Perform electrical and mechanical calculations using specialized software (DMElect, PLS-CADD, AutoCAD).
- Support in document management and coordination with suppliers and clients.
- Comply with safety standards and electrical regulations in all project phases.
