What we're looking for

Technical training in Quality, Chemistry, Food Engineering, Materials, or a similar area;
Professional experience between 0 to 2 years;
Basic knowledge of quality control and testing techniques;
Consolidated technical knowledge in packaging matters;
Ability to perform rigorous records and comply with procedures;
Basic knowledge of IT and recording systems;
Sense of responsibility, organization, and attention to detail;
Communication and teamwork skills;
Interest in quality, food safety, and continuous improvement;
Availability and flexibility to work according to operational needs.

Client is looking for a Quality Controller (Level 1) with immediate start!

What you'll do

key responsibilities

Perform the established tests for the control of packaging materials, work in progress, and/or finished products, in accordance with current procedures, with occasional assistance;
Ensure the recording of results and release or retention in the IT system for use/dispatch (packaging materials, raw materials, semi-finished products, and/or finished products), with occasional assistance;
Ensure the conservation (equipment and consumables) and proper handling of the resources in charge;
Participate in testing protocols for new materials or processes, performing, monitoring, and recording results, with occasional assistance;
Participate in Kaizen meetings and propose actions within the scope of the intra-departmental continuous improvement cycle;
Interact with suppliers (packaging materials and/or Production Services), for the purpose of clarifying requirements/records and in situations of non-conformity, with a view to their resolution, with occasional assistance;
Participate in the discussion for the preparation of Quality Control documents;
Participate in the analysis of Internal Non-Conformities and Complaints, with occasional assistance.
