The role
What you'll do
- Monitor and verify compliance with quality and food safety requirements throughout the production process;
- Ensure the implementation and maintenance of legislative requirements and the IFS Food and ISO 9001 standards;
- Monitor HACCP plans, prerequisites and internal procedures;
- Perform quality inspections and verifications in an industrial context;
- Identify, record and monitor non-conformities and corrective actions;
- Participate in internal and external audits;
- Monitor quality indicators and promote continuous improvement actions;
- Raise awareness and train employees on good hygiene, quality and food safety practices;
- Support document management and the updating of Quality Management System procedures.
Requirements and Profile
- Higher education in Food Engineering, Quality, Food Safety or similar areas;
- Knowledge of IFS Food, ISO 9001 standards and HACCP methodology (preferred);
- Professional experience in the food industry (preferred);
- Ability for organization, analysis and problem-solving;
- Good communication and interpersonal skills;
- Good knowledge of IT tools.
