Compliance Monitoring Airworthiness Auditor (Engineer)

HI FLY is a leading widebody aircraft wet lease specialist operating worldwide, with an Airbus widebody fleet.

The wet lease business market is very demanding, and airlines are increasingly opting for wet lease solutions as they are found to be reliable, safe, and efficient. For that reason, Hi Fly fleet is steadily growing with new widebody additions in the coming months while continues enhancing its Cabin standards.

Considering the forecasted growth, we are currently recruiting a highly motivated Compliance Monitoring Airworthiness Auditor to join our office in Lisbon, Portugal.

WHAT WILL BE YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct audits as part of the Continuing Airworthiness Annual Audit Plan.

• Evaluate procedures and practices to ensure adherence to applicable regulatory requirements and industry best standards.

• Prepare detailed audit reports documenting findings, recommendations, and follow-up actions.

• Collaborate with various teams to ensure continuous improvement in airworthiness practices.

• Perform inspections as necessary to verify compliance with contractual obligations and regulatory standards.

SOME OF OUR REQUIREMENTS

• Have at least 5 years of professional experience, of which two years in the exercise of relevant functions in the aeronautics industry;

• Academic degree in engineering from aeronautical, mechanical, electronic or other studies relevant to the maintenance and continuing airworthiness of aircraft / aircraft components;

• Auditor Certificate (preferential);

• Organizational skills;

• Knowledge of laws, regulations and "best practices" (preferential);

• Fluency in English, both written and spoken;

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools;

• Availability to travel.
