• key responsibilities

  
  
  • Collect dirty laundry and deliver clean laundry on the days agreed upon with the customer;
  
  
  • Manage the maintenance of sanitary consumables stock, in accordance with what is established in the contract;
  
  
  • Ensure customer satisfaction, respond to requests, and anticipate potential delivery problems;
  
  
  • Perform collections in accordance with established procedures;
  
  
  • Identify customer needs and propose other Elis services;
  
  
  • Load and unload the vehicle, preparing the necessary items for each route;
  
  
  • Keep activity administrative documents updated, including delivery, collection, and replenishment notes;
  
  
  • Report relevant customer requests and information to the Customer Service Supervisor;
  
  
  • Ensure the good condition and hygiene of the vehicle and communicate any repair needs.
