Customer Service Assistant - Setúbal

At this moment, we are recruiting a Customer Service Assistant (M/F) for our Store in Setúbal.

• 12th grade of schooling (minimum);
• Experience in customer service (valued);
• Good communication and organization skills;
• Sense of responsibility and a desire to help;
• Dynamism and team spirit;
• Availability to work Monday to Friday between 09:00 and 18:00;

What will your day-to-day be like?
• Receive and assist our customers with friendliness and attention;
• Manage appointments and support the organization of consultations;
• Act as the link between customers and hearing health technicians;
• Support technical assistance (e.g., battery changes and basic adjustments);
• Perform telephone service, invoicing, and sales registration;
• Contribute to the general smooth running of the store, with a team spirit.
