• I provide personalized, high-quality omnichannel service to each of the professional clients;

• I am available to monitor and anticipate the professional client's needs through existing channels (telephone, e-mail, store, and site visits), acting as a business partner;

• I suggest product and service solutions adapted to each client and apply complex sales techniques, guiding the client regarding complete solutions (complementary products);

• I analyze and implement improvement actions for customer satisfaction to help leverage and develop their businesses;

• I manage and drive sales within the client portfolio, ensuring the fulfillment of sales objectives and the monitoring of defined indicators;

• I prepare estimates and quotes for clients in accordance with the company's commercial policy, performing the necessary follow-ups to leverage the conversion rate;

• I detect client needs, incorporate best practices, trends, and news, and plan commercial activity with a focus on prospecting and acquiring new clients and/or new sales, applying strategies and client portfolio management techniques.

• Educational Qualifications at the level of 12th grade/Professional Technical Course, Associate Degree, and/or Bachelor's Degree;

• 3 to 5 years of professional experience in relevant roles;

• Product knowledge across various sections (building materials; ceramics; sanitaryware; wood; electricity; plumbing...);

• Knowledge base at the level of project sales (in a construction context);

• Strong orientation toward the professional client and their needs;

• Negotiation skills with professional clients and suppliers;

• Relational skills oriented toward client loyalty.
