The role
We are looking for the person who will lead our Boutique at CC Mar Shopping in Loulé.
You will be an ambassador of our values WE CARE, WE DARE, WE DELIVER, WE DREAM.
As Store Manager (40 hours per week), you will report to the Regional Sales Manager and will be responsible for the management of the boutique, leading the sales area and the human management of the team.

- Ensure all PANDORA standards in terms of product presentation, achievement of sales objectives, and excellence in customer service.
- Define individual store objectives, controlling budgets and organizing team schedules based on productivity objectives.
- Analyze store performance through KPIs to positively influence results.
- Implement commercial actions and Visual Merchandising campaigns.
- Train the team to offer the best experience to our Fans.
- Develop internal talent so they continue to climb the career ladder.
- Work with the team so that they are enthusiastic, committed, and focused on a common goal, always motivating them!
- Manage and analyze stocks and orders.
