• I coordinate the team's workflow, being visible and available to support the management of the area's day-to-day challenges;

• I guarantee the information and updating of the teams regarding all procedures, processes, and tasks inherent to the operation;

• I contribute feedback to the EDP and Touchpoint processes, supporting the collection of information and evidence that feeds the performance evaluation of team members;

• I ensure customer satisfaction at all Customer Relationship service points;

• I support the training of Store teams in payment method procedures;

• I guarantee the organization and cleanliness of the service points and the availability of the materials/equipment/values necessary for the proper functioning of the payment methods;

• I manage the distribution of the team across the different service points.

• More than 2 years of relevant professional experience;

• English language skills.

• Ease of interpersonal relationships and teamwork;

• Good communication, negotiation, and influence skills;

• Proactivity and a sense of responsibility;

• Spirit of initiative and entrepreneurship;

• Ability to work autonomously and to make decisions.
