Requirements
What we're looking for
- Higher education in Management, Hotel Management, Tourism Business Management, or Marketing (preferred);
- Experience in commercial roles is valued, preferably in Hospitality or Tourism;
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal relationship skills;
- Dynamic, proactive profile oriented towards measurable results;
- Team spirit, resilience, and a positive attitude;
- Fluency in Portuguese and English (other languages will be an asset).

The role
The Pestana Hotel Group, the largest multinational hotel group of Portuguese origin, is looking to strengthen its commercial team by hiring a Sales Executive for the Algarve region (based in Alvor/Portimão).
What you'll do
- Manage and expand the client portfolio, focusing on the Group's hotel units in the Algarve;
- Support the promotion and sale of other Pestana units, both in Portugal and internationally;
- Prepare commercial proposals, follow up on negotiations, and ensure the closing of contracts;
- Achieve defined sales objectives, contributing to the sustained growth of the Group;
- Represent the Pestana Group at trade fairs, events, and commercial visits;
- Work closely with the various teams of the Group, promoting synergies and cooperation.
