The Hotel Pestana Palace Lisboa is a member of the prestigious The Leading Hotels of the World (LHW), it is a restored 19th-century palace - the Palácio Valle Flôr, former residence of counts and marquesses. Classified as a National Monument, its privileged location allows for enjoying a view over the Tagus River.

We are looking for a Third-class Cook (m/f) to continue elevating our success story.

Responsible for the preparation of kitchen service, ensuring excellent service.

• Prepare breakfast meals and Winebar;
• Control quality, maintaining rigor and excellence in service;
• Knowledge of HACCP standards;
• Use kitchen equipment safely and in accordance with usage standards;
• Ensure proper hygiene and cleanliness of surfaces and storage containers.

Experience we are looking for

• Training related to the field;
• Experience in similar roles, preferably in Hospitality;
• A liking for teamwork;
• Flexibility, proactivity, and creativity;
• Strong organizational and planning skills;
• Stress resistance;
• Availability to work in shifts depending on operational needs;
• Good knowledge of HACCP.
