We are looking for a Technical Trainer to join the Trucks and Buses team, in Vila Nova de Gaia or São João da Talha.

• Deliver technical, electrical / electronic, and mechanical training to Volvo Network technicians, transmitting knowledge through the theoretical aspect (in the classroom) and practical aspect (simulations in the classroom and real workshop environment);
• Deliver training on diagnostic tools / digital systems to Network employees;
• Ensure and manage communication with technical support from the Volvo brand;
• Analyze technical support information for the activity shared by the manufacturer, adapting and sharing the information through the Network;
• Carry out training needs assessments, proposing the implementation of training actions.

• Education at the 12th-grade level in the area of Electronics, Electricity, or Mechanics;
• Good knowledge in the areas of Electronics, Electricity, and Mechanics, preferably in heavy vehicles of the Volvo brand;
• Professional experience in similar roles - preferred;
• Good knowledge of English;
• Category C and D driving license - preferred;
• Pedagogical Competence Certificate - preferred;
• Good knowledge of IT tools - user level;
• Customer and business orientation;
• Capacity for organization and autonomy in decision-making;
• Ease of communication and interpersonal relationships;
• Availability for frequent national and occasional international travel.
