Requirements
What we're looking for
- Sector experience: Demonstrable previous experience as a Master Technician, Diagnostics Specialist, or Technical Trainer (minimum of 3 to 5 years in an official or multi-brand workshop environment).
- Pedagogical capabilities: Ability to transmit complex technical concepts in a simple and practical way. Ability to manage groups in a classroom environment and, especially, directly on the vehicle.
- Advanced technical knowledge: Mastery of engine management systems, networks (CAN-Bus, LIN-Bus), active/passive safety systems and, preferably, high voltage certifications for electric vehicles.
- Professionalism: We are looking for a person with great problem-solving capacity (troubleshooting), organized and with a passion for the technological evolution of the sector.
The role
We are looking for a professional with a solid trajectory in mechanics and advanced diagnostics to join our technical training team. The main objective of the role is to administer high-level training programs aimed at: Mechanics, Workshop Skilled Tradespeople, and Diagnostic Technicians.
What you'll do
- Administration of technical programs: Execute training plans in mechanics, electronics, propulsion systems (combustion, EV/PHEV), and new automotive technologies.
- Practical training: Empower technicians in the handling of diagnostic tools, interpretation of electrical diagrams, complex repair protocols, and the use of specific workshop machinery.
- Optimization of workshop flow: Teach work methodologies that improve "First Time Fix" and productive efficiency at the workstation.
- Monitoring and evaluation: Evaluate the technical skills acquired by participants and propose reinforcement plans, according to the detected needs.
- Content updating: Collaborate in the adaptation of workshop manuals and teaching materials based on the latest technical notes and brand launches.
