We are looking for a Customer Service Consultant - Braga, to join the Trucks and Buses - Volvo Trucks team, in Braga.
What you'll do
- Manage the relationship and contact with Customers, identifying their needs and expectations;
- Receive vehicles and proceed with the guidance of the services to be executed by the Workshop;
- Perform the planning of the workshop workload;
- Prepare and present quotes to Customers, as well as proposals for complementary services;
- Perform customer follow-up;
- Promote the sale of other complementary services.

- Ease of communication and interpersonal skills.
