We are looking for a Workshop Receptionist - Vila do Conde, to join the Trucks and Buses - Renault Trucks team, in Vila do Conde.

• Manage the relationship and contact with Customers, identifying their needs and expectations;
• Receive vehicles and proceed with the guidance of services to be executed by the Workshop;
• Participate in the planning of the workshop workload;
• Prepare and present quotes to Customers, as well as proposals for complementary services;
• Perform customer follow-up;
• Promote the sale of other complementary services.

• Minimum qualifications at the 12th-grade level;
• Experience in similar roles (heavy vehicle sector) - preferred;
• Technical knowledge of the automotive industry - preferred;
• Knowledge of English - preferred;
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools - user level;
• Commercial orientation and focus on meeting objectives;
• Ease of communication and interpersonal skills.
