Distributed Systems Operator - Lisbon

• 1st line technical support with a focus on alerting, monitoring, and rapid intervention;
• Fault diagnosis, logging, and escalation via ITSM;
• Patch implementation, service restarts, and contact with 2nd line;
• Management of users, email, AD, shares, and VDI;
• Participation in continuous improvement and automation processes.

• Monitoring and Alerting: PRTG, Dynatrace;
• Infrastructure and Networks: LAN/WAN, Wired & Wireless, VPNs;
• Microsoft Services: Active Directory, Azure AD, FileServers, VDI;
• Platforms: ITSM, dashboard and troubleshooting tools;
• Critical environments: 24/7 Operations, incident management, fault response;

• Previous experience in Service Desk or IT Operations environments (plus)
• Knowledge of monitoring and fault analysis tools
• Sense of responsibility, critical thinking, and ability to take initiative

OPR Schedule

8h shifts between 07h-22h
