What we're looking for
- Degree in Computer Science or similar;
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer support, ideally in the banking sector (payment systems and the banking ecosystem);
- Proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
- Fluent English and Portuguese, both oral and written;
- Strong learning ability, organization, autonomy and dynamism, with good oral and written communication;
- Initiative, proactivity, and skill in identifying and solving problems.
Nice to have
- CRM experience will be valued;

What you'll do
- Provide customer support by email and phone, handling reports of ATM failures and related technical and functional issues;
- Follow structured analyses, synthesize findings and take the decisions and actions needed to resolve incidents;
- Research and resolve cases using the Knowledge Base;
- Work with financial institutions to resolve incidents.
