Pay & benefits

What you'll get

Base Salary: €1,338 gross/month.
Variable Compensation Package: Monthly bonuses up to €500 and attractive quarterly performance bonuses.
Meal Allowance: €7.91/day.
Transport Allowance: €20/month.
Health Insurance.
Hybrid work regime: 3 days of work in the office per week (after the first initial 6 months, which are in-person).
Schedule: 8 hours daily, rotating, from Monday to Saturday, between 7 am and 8 pm.
Days off: Sunday and one rotating day.
Location: Lisbon or Porto
