Requirements
What we're looking for
- 12th grade with university attendance or a Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Management, Social Sciences, or Communication Sciences.
- Professional experience in customer support areas (Banking area).
- Knowledge of payment systems and the banking ecosystem.
- Proficiency in Portuguese and English.
- Knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel, and PPT.
- Good capacity for learning, organization, autonomy, and dynamism.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Initiative and proactivity; Problem identification and resolution
Nice to have
- Ease of use with CRM will be considered an advantage.

What you'll do
- Customer support via email/telephone - responding to ATM fault reports, and associated technical and functional aspects.
- Follow structured analyses, synthesize conclusions, and take the decisions and actions necessary for incident resolution.
- Analysis using a Knowledge Base.
- Contact with Financial Institutions.
How you'll work
Work arrangement: Hybrid (3x per week in the Lisbon office).
