Position: Systems Administration (Contract Management)

Regime: Hybrid (1x per week in Lisbon)

A senior person, with strong experience or solid knowledge in systems administration, who enjoys being at the center of operations and has an attentive eye for everything involving licensing, contracts, and infrastructures.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in similar roles;
• Be the application owner for the infrastructure area (without the need to perform direct systems administration);
• Participate in SAP update processes (licenses, machines);
• Manage software contracts and subscriptions:
  • Control licensing (Oracle, Microsoft, etc.);
  • Analyze expiration dates and ensure timely renewals;
  • Draft and monitor specifications;
• Evaluate proposals and verify licensing compliance
• Define naming conventions, groups, and policies.
• Verify and analyze logs
• Manage access to internal applications
• Ensure the control and monitoring of backups
• Design the backup strategy (someone applies it, you define it).
• Understand and apply internal policies and software policies
• Analyze protocols and communications, understanding their technical impact

• Knowledge of Oracle, Microsoft, SQL Server
• Knowledge of SAP (plus!)
• Technical and functional analysis capability
• Proactivity and sense of responsibility
• Basic English
