Higher education (Bachelor's or Master's degree) in the areas of Management, Economics, Marketing, Human Resources, International Relations, IT, or similar areas;
Excellent communication and interpersonal relationship skills;

Capacity for organization, autonomy, and priority management;
Proactivity, curiosity, and willingness to learn;
Interest in the technology sector and the world of IT consulting;
Good knowledge of English;

What you'll do

For this position, it is mandatory to be registered with the IEFP and to meet the eligibility requirements applicable to the internship program.

Support the management and development of relationships with existing clients;
Identify and follow up on new business opportunities;
Support business development activities and commercial initiatives;
Understand client needs and help identify the most suitable IT profiles and solutions;
Participate in meetings with clients and follow up on commercial processes;
Support the preparation and follow-up of commercial proposals;
Maintain close communication with clients and consultants;
Follow up with consultants allocated to projects, ensuring a good relationship between all parties;
Support the identification of new market opportunities and potential clients;
Contribute to the growth of our client and consultant portfolio;
Use digital and AI tools to improve processes, organization, and efficiency.

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated, communicative, and ambitious person to join our team as a Business Manager Intern, through an IEFP internship.

You will have the opportunity to get to know the world of IT consulting up close, working directly with clients, consultants, and different internal teams.

Throughout the internship, you will develop skills in the areas of business development, client management, consultant management, and recruitment, while getting to know the technological ecosystem and the functioning of an IT consultancy better.

This position is ideal for someone who likes people, has a commercial spirit, curiosity about the technology world, and the desire to learn and grow in a dynamic and international environment.
