Systems Administrator/3rd Line Support

• At least 5 years of experience working in third-line support.
• Solid knowledge of networks and TCP/IP protocols.
• Advanced experience in Microsoft environments, including Windows servers, farms, VMs, gateways, and brokers.
• Experience with administration and troubleshooting in Azure environments.
• Knowledge in digital certificate management and CRLs.
• Ability to diagnose and solve complex infrastructure and network problems.
• Analytical, proactive profile oriented towards problem-solving.
• Excellent communication and ability to interact with different technical teams.

• Act in the analysis and resolution of critical incidents and problems escalated by second-line support.
• Manage and solve problems in Microsoft environments, including farms, VMs, gateways, and brokers.
• Administer and monitor digital certificates and certificate revocation lists (CRLs).
• Ensure the stability and security of the IT infrastructure, identifying and mitigating risks.
• Work together with IT engineering and architecture teams to continuously improve the infrastructure.
• Participate in strategic projects for the optimization and modernization of Microsoft and Azure environments.
• Perform root cause analysis and propose corrective and preventive actions to avoid recurrence of problems.
• Document processes, solutions, and best practices for the dissemination of technical knowledge.

We are looking for a highly qualified professional to act as Third Line Support. The ideal candidate must have solid experience in resolving complex incidents, ensuring the stability and availability of IT services. This position requires deep knowledge in networks, Microsoft infrastructure, and cloud environments (Azure), in addition to advanced technical skills to deal with critical and escalated problems.
