Network Manager

• Specialized technical support to suppliers, via telephone or email, using specialized diagnostic tools with the objective of overcoming difficulties that prevent normal operation;
• Analysis and detection of potential inconsistencies or errors for future corrections;
• Manage the incident/fault resolution cycle, from identification to closure with technical assistance suppliers and/or customers;
• Monitor the availability of terminal networks, in national and international territory;
• Manage requests, according to the defined operating model and service levels.

Position: Network Manager

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools from a user perspective;
• Oral and written communication skills in the English language;
• Ability for organization, planning, priority management, and team spirit;
• Autonomy, proactivity, and customer orientation;
• Analytical, synthesis, and critical evaluation skills;
• Knowledge of SQL (valued);
• Sensitivity to continuous improvement themes.
