Requirements

What we're looking for

  • Strong functional analysis components;
  • SQL/MYSQL;
  • Use of Unix/Linux environment;
  • Use of UNIX/Linux operating systems;
  • Scripting languages (e.g., KSH/Bash; Python; Perl);
  • Knowledge of ethernet networks (TCP/IP);
  • Knowledge of REST APIs.

Nice to have

  • Higher education in Informatics Engineering or a similar area. 2 or more years of experience in the operations or application support area;
  • Basic knowledge of regular expressions. Experience in process automation;
  • Knowledge of ITIL. Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git;
  • Knowledge of Ansible, applied to task and configuration automation. Experience using Grafana, including the creation of dashboards and alerting;
  • ELK Stack, Grafana, LogStash;
  • Creation of Ansible playbooks;
  • GITLAB;
  • Familiar with IT best practice standards/tools such as ITIL, ISO20000.

The role

What you'll do

  • 2nd/3rd line application support.
  • Know the procedures and participate in the task automation process.
  • Management, monitoring, and control of service levels. Identification of problems and implementation of monitoring solutions for service control.
  • Communication with Technical/Functional teams. Creation and updating of documentation and support materials for services.
  • Analysis, documentation, and improvement of internal processes and tools. Analysis and resolution of incidents and problems.
  • 24/7 Application Support, with an on-call regime. Development of tools and processes within the scope of service management.
