Team Leader (M/F) - Margem Sul do Tejo

SUMA, a waste collection company, intends to reinforce its structure by hiring a professional for the Operations Area for a new contract.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor the operational activity of the teams, ensuring compliance with planning and problem resolution;
• Distribute tasks and supervise the execution of urban collection and cleaning services, ensuring compliance with defined service levels;
• Ensure the correct completion of reports, daily logs, and other administrative documentation;
• Manage the delivery, control, and replacement of equipment, uniforms, and team accessories;
• Report work progress to the Supervisor and communicate anomalous situations or needs for adjustment;
• Inform employees about their rights and duties;
• Comply with and ensure compliance with Quality, Environment, Safety, and Occupational Health standards.

Work Location: Margem Sul do Tejo

Requirements / Competencies:
• Logistics experience (preferred)
• Experience in team leadership (mandatory)
• Two years of previous experience in similar roles
• Computer literacy from a user perspective
• Problem analysis and resolution
• Light vehicle driver's license
• Responsible and with team spirit
• Availability for national mobility
• Full and immediate availability
• Flexibility of schedules
