Locksmithing Foreman

Requirements:

• Training in the field of Locksmithing or experience in similar roles;

• Leadership and communication;

• Reading of technical drawings and interpretation of projects.

• Proficiency in the use of tools and the operation of electrical and manual equipment;

• Organization and responsibility;

Floema® develops signage, furniture, and equipment for the implementation of projects that enhance natural and urban spaces sustainably, serving both people and the environment, based on ecological raw materials. With a multidisciplinary team in a growth phase, we are looking for a Locksmithing Foreman to join our Production team.

Responsibilities:

• Distribute tasks among locksmiths and helpers and supervise daily work;

• Analyze technical drawings, define measurements, cuts, and assemblies, and adapt projects when necessary;

• Monitor the fabrication of metal structures, verify welds, cuts, and finishes, ensuring the quality of the final product;

• Ensure that deadlines are met;

• Resolve technical problems on-site.
