• Develop and technically detail projects using BIM modeling (Revit);
• Analyze execution, study, or preparation projects, developing activities at the drawing and preparation level, identifying material needs and respective quantities for budgeting and production, according to the project specifications;
• Ensure project compatibility and the detection of errors and omissions;
• Identify, study, and propose project optimization solutions;
• Ensure that project design, methods, processes, and constructive solutions follow the standards and quality patterns defined for the company;
• Monitor project stages regarding deadlines and quality, conducting periodic meetings in order to ensure alignment with the needs of each project.
